To do this you'll need:
If you're registered for Online Services, you'll either have a Username that you chose or a Web ID we gave you. You'll need to enter some details on the next screen and we'll then display your Username/Web ID to you.
If you've not registered for Online Services yet, you can register here.
Your account number is eight or nine digits long. You'll find this on a statement or on your cash card (if you have one).
If you can't find your account number, call us on 0800 121 8899 with your Telephone Security Details handy and once we've confirmed it's you we'll let you know what it is. We're open Monday to Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. Or you can visit your nearest branch
