You'll need your Telephone Password to manage your accounts by phone. If you've forgotten it, or need to set it up for the first time - fill in the form below and we'll post a password letter out to you.

Already have your letter? You can use the temporary password on the letter to set up your new Telephone Password.

Trying to log in to Online Services?

In June 2020, we made some changes to the way you log in and use Online Services and your current password is now called your ‘Telephone Password’. You’ll need to enter this password the first time you log in after this date.

If you have changed your address within the last 31 days you will need to call us on 0800 121 8899.

When you press 'Submit', your current Telephone password will be blocked and you won't be able to manage your accounts over the phone until it's been reset.
