You only need to use your Telephone Grid Card when you call us.

If you've lost this, enter your details below and we'll post a replacement to you. You should receive your new card within four working days.

If you're having difficulty ordering a replacement Grid Card, call our Customer Service Centre on 0800 121 8899. We're open Monday to Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. We are currently closed on Sundays and bank holidays.
