If you don't have photo ID or a mobile phone, you can continue without ID and register with your telephone password or request an activation code by post.
To change your telephone number, call us on 0800 121 8899 and have your telephone security details handy. Or you can visit your nearest branch.
If you’re already registered for Online Services, you don’t need to register again. Log in if you know your Security Details. If you’ve forgotten your Username you can retrieve it.
Once you're set up for Online Services, you can download the Coventry Building Society app from the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store.
